Coldazzo cultured and wild

Like in a fold of skin, Coldazzo hides between Colbordolo and Montefabbri, nestled between thick woods and hills full of vegetation, today softened by delicate white roads that climb towards Riceci, towards Urbino or descend towards the provincial road 423. Despite the slowly increasing anthropization, an ancestral atmosphere dominates, so different from the two small castles so close and yet so still profoundly ancient. The place has given birth to cultured and refined characters and there are traces of a remote past not fully studied and of a recent past that deserves to be told, but above all it is lived by people who live in a context rich in authenticity, where generations coexist in a relationship of close continuity and where the difference with the past nourishes the present; it is a place of illegal raids, of hard work, where the stories of agricultural life mix with the legends of ancient spirits so that its wild nature today becomes culture.
